"Ueno is a bustling neighborhood. Full of nightlife with plenty of eateries and places to shop."

"So nice. They provided sleepwear, towels, and other amenities. You have to scan to enter past the lobby and on the bedroom floor. Large lockers and very clear explanations of the facilities and procedures. Shower area was very clean. After your shower youre supposed to wipe the stall down with one of the towels/bathmat they provide. Room was very bright with adjustable lights. Good height in the capsule. "

"Left my toiletry kit in the bathroom and left for Mt Fuji, the staff was very helpful in retrieving my lost items and held it for me to collect once i came back to Tokyo "

"It satisfied me for traveling to Japan alone this time. I happened to see it on the reservation site and challenged my curiosity, but it was more than I expected. I stayed there for nearly two weeks and enjoyed the sauna every morning and evening. It was located in the center of the city, so it was very convenient to use the train and bus. If I come back alone next year, I will stay there again."

"The staff spoke English well and were always willing to help or be accommodating. They cleaned the bathrooms and other areas everyday. Only bad things were that although I stayed in the hotel for nearly 3 weeks they did not change my bed sheets. I'm sure if I requested it it probably would have happened. But it should have been some automatically every few days or so. Also the laundry dryer did not work very well so I used a local laundrymat instead. I would not stay in a hotel ever again...

"It was quiet and clean. I liked the privacy of the shower stalls so I could shower in peace and quiet. The capsules were a good size and were comfortable. The staff was nice. The Awaji and JR-Awaji stations were nearby so it was very convenient. "
