"we absolutely loved our stay. The hotel room was gorgeous. It was so warm and the staff was so friendly. They literally walked us up to our room with our bags and open the door for us to escort us into our space. Everything was well organized and clean, and the service was just phenomenal. We also loved that there was free coffee and wine all day every day downstairs in the lobby, which was nice and then we enjoyed a complementary all you can eat buffet breakfast, which was so tasty and had a...

"Room was nice. Location is great with a quick walk to restaurants and shopping. To note no onsite laundry, but a close 24 hour laundry mat worked great. Only one English channel and unlike other hotels visited in Japan no access to Netflix or Amaze prime. Would be nice to be able to unwind after long days of exploring. "
