In short it was perfect. Station right next door with none of the noise or heavy foot traffic and walking distance to many choices. And of course. Family mart next door was amazing. Great hotel! would definitely stay again.

Great place for a short stay in Osaka. Very convenient location just next to Kitahama subway line. Next door is a Combini ( Family Mart) There is nothing to not like about this property, this will be our place to stay every time we visit Osaka!!
