Thanks for the staff for a free upgrade. The onsen is not clean enough though. The elevators sometime a long wait."

"My wife is very disappointed with another guest filming in the Bath House on her Phone which was reported to your staff at the time. Unfortunately there was no follow-up as my wife was concerned that that person had taken footage of her naked in the bathhouse. We firstly find it unacceptable that a guest can do such a thing and secondly were disappointed that there was no response from the staff at your hotel and we still don't know whether that person has footage taken in the bathhouse."

"This was a lovely hotel. We were very impressed with the customer service, as well as the complimentary refreshments (the coffee machine was amazing), free necessities as needed (toothbrushes, hair brushes, lotion, etc) and most importantly…free access to the lounge which may have been for a limited time. We also appreciated receiving assistance in transferring our luggages to our next hotel in Tokyo, as lord knows the stairs can be a pain around Osaka. The rooms themselves were a bit small...

"3 month old impeccable hotel that is located super close to the Osaka City Station! The rooms still smell new and I was on the 16th floor, top notch with a city view as well! The staff, all of them were so attentive and caring - just world class service! Highly recommend this Hilton for sure!! "
