We went for budget option in great location and thats what we got. Super close to stations and donitburi, hotel was perfect for what we wanted. Lovely bedding and breakfast was good if a little conjested.

Nice clean room for family of 4. 1 queen bed and 2 singles beds. Admittedly I found the mattress firmer than I'd like but that is a preference. Breakfast had wide assortment of hot and cold with greater portion Asian style and still some western bakery items. Staff were so nice.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It’s a 3-star property with 5-star service. Pajamas and toiletries and skincare are provided too. Breakfast is great too with lots of options. The room size is typical in Japan. Big enough for 2 people and not enough space for luggages. Will be back!

Good location. Per front desk, the sewer smell in the bath room are all the same through out the hotel, thus we didn't insist to be moved to another room anymore after moving from smoking room to non smoking room.
