"This is a top class 5-star property in the heart of the Old Quarter in Hanoi. Very luxurious and replete with modern amenities. Their staff is helpful and kind. The only thing I didn't like was that their rooftop restaurant/bar didn't serve food after 11 pm and had a very limited menu. Their manager, David, in particular was very helpful and made my trip memorable. "
