"A very comfortable hotel with great service. The rooms are snug but well appointed with all amenities. If you are looking for a very quiet stay opt for an internal facing rooms as those with balconies have a fantastic view, and give you a great atmosphere of the lake and old town, however can be noisy late into the night and early morning. We dined in the restaurant which was great food and service. Overall we had a great experience at the La Sinfonia del Ray. "

The only complaint I have is the lack of hair conditioner (I think that is all of VN in general) and the weird drain in the bathroom.
