The room service food was wonderful and quick. The only criticism we had was the housekeeping staff were understaffed so often the room would be cleaned around 4-5pm. Everything was fine, except that the property is quite large, so you need to take a shuttle to get around—to the pools, breakfast area, and other spots. But no worries, the shuttles run 24/7.
