The hotel staff was exceptionally excellent. The most kind and helpful we have ever experienced in all our years of traveling. The breakfast dining area was top quality and the rooftop bar was very relaxed and enoyable as well. Would highly recommend Solaria.

We had a wonderful stay at the solaria hotel and Grace was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond every chance she got. The location is fantastic and they had a delicious breakfast buffet to get us started everyday.

Staff were very friendly and helpful! The check in process was seamless and the host provided a lot of tips and information on the area. Room was small (which is normal for the old quarter area) but very adequate. Lots of options at the breakfast buffet. They even gave us some coffee to take home as thank you gift even though we only stayed for one night!

Solaria Hotel is an excellent hotel for a visit to Hanoi situated in a convenient location. We had a connecting room that worked well for our family of 4. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well. In addition, the breakfast buffet is delicious with a nice range of Vietnamese specialties as well as Western options. Most importantly, the service at Solaria Hotel is impeccable. The hotel was very responsive in all my pre-trip questions which I greatly appreciated.
