"The location is extremely convenient for a stay in Hanoi. The entire staff are the brightest spots of this hotel, they are always smiling and willing to help us whenever they see us. Breakfast was delicious and the room was cleaned every day. Worth the money!"

"Please put up the Nikko Hotel sign so we know to turn into the small road leading up to the hotel. We kept on missing the turn and had to backed up the car or drive one more time around the block to get into the way...."

"This was a last-minute booking. Our original plan was to take a cruise on Ha Long Bay, which was canceled due to the weather. We booked the cheapest available room and came back to the hotel. They welcomed us back with open arms and even upgraded our booking to match our first booking. This was the bright spot in an otherwise disappointing experience due to our canceled cruise."

"Attractive, self contained resort with high end furnishings, room space and facilities. The ferries are not too frequent, so you do need to make time for commuting to and from the main land. Staff are good however were a little slow with some communication. Otherwise a great stay for a few nights. "

"The staff is extremely friendly and accomodating. I went straight to the hotel after my arrival in Hanoi. It was 11:30 am, so I was just trying to store my luggage until it was time to check-in which is at 2, but they were able to let us check-in at 11:30 am which was amazing. The room was also clean. "
