"This has to be one of our favourite hotels during our 4 month SE Asia travels! You just stay here if you are going to Hanoi. Its walkable to Old Town and many other must sees, it has the most beautiful bar and roof top jacuzzi. The daily breakfast is delicious and the staff are so friendly! "

"Great boutique property in the heart of the city. Easy access to everything with many dining options and a super cool rooftop bar. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of local options and western if that's your thing. Comfortable beds, pleasant staff, and clean. Would stay again!"

"Such a great hotel and very friendly staff, esp Pineapple (Thom). They also were soo helpful, it was so easy to book our transportation esp when we arrived and gave us the best tour to Ninh Binh! The spa treatment was tge best, esp from my service with Kim! Loved staying here and really grateful that we chose this hotel. "

"I liked my stay overall. The staff was always nice and helpful. The bath tub is tiny for me (6 ft tall). Also the shower controls don't work well. Water barely comes out the shower. The faucet part doesn't aim into the tub. Also the drain didn't work properly. I felt the bathroom could be cleaner as well. I didnt use the restaurant, spa or roof bar. "
