I stayed here for three nights, and everything was excellent from start to finish. The location is perfect—within walking distance of all the must-see attractions. Breakfast was included with the room, and it was always fresh and delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Peter, who gave me some fantastic recommendations for restaurants and cafes, which truly enhanced my trip. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again.!

A gem in the old quarter convenient for exploring Hanoi. We loved the sky bar (which also does lovely food) and pool on top two floors. Lovely staff in particular a big thank you to Vivian who was so helpful making our stay fun and Peter on travel desk.

68 year old American standards review, The very best staff I have ever encountered at any hotel ! I am very critical of services and the hotel staff were all so friendly, helpful, professional, caring, etc. Unparalleled service excellence that really made our stay a wonderful memory. My wife and I said we would return to Hanoi just to stay at this hotel again because of the staff! I need to say no more other than I hope upper management reads this review and truly appreciates and recognizes their greatest asset, the staff! They make this hotel sucessful!

The hotel is very beautifull and the staff so nice and helpfull. They do really everything to make the guest happy. Very welcoming check - in with fruit tea and sweets. In case you want to book an excursion they take enough time and explain everything in detail. I booked the luxury version of a trip to Halong Bay through them and is was an absolutely perfect day. Situated in the French quarter there are lot of restaurants, shops and Hoan Kiem - Lake very close to the hotel.

The staff and breakfast was good. I really like the location. It’s very close & convenient to everything. We stayed over Christmas and opted to have our Christmas Eve dinner at the hotel. The food was good but not worth the 1,390,000 vnd price tag. We were just exhausted after a long travel day and wanted a convenient option. If I were u, save ur money and get a bowl of pho or bun cha. Aside from that overpriced dinner, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very attentive and the property is kept in good condition
