We had a lovely stay at Hotel Du Lac, the room was perfect, breakfast was lovely and the staff were really nice and accommodating. They went above and beyond, including providing a room to shower and change in after we'd checked out and helping with booking trqnsport. Would strongly recommend.

The staff and management were helpful from day one, offering suggestions for activities in addition to what I already planned. They provided a welcoming environment and even allowed us to store our luggage while on a halong bay cruise since we were going to stay there again when we returned.
