"Great location (neat street and not far from night market), seemed ok for the amount I paid (not as good as the picture). Staff friendly and helpful. Lots of outside noise but I guess that Ha Noi all over"

"Avoid this hotel. The pictures on the website DO NOT represent what the condition of the hotel is currently. It is very run down and the only reason we stayed a second night was because I was sick all day the 1st day. The bathroom water pressure is none existent, we weren’t given a wifi password, no toilet paper, you need to turn on a switch for hot water which we also weren’t told about. This is a terrible rundown place and not worth the price they charge. We went to a different hotel in Hanoi...

"The staff at this hotel are extraordinarily helpful, kind, and go out of their way to make guests feel welcome and taken care of. The food in the restaurant and the room service is way beyond normal hotel food. I was tempted to stay there and have meals instead of exploring Hanoi’s famous restaurants! À great experience!"
