It is very run down and the only reason we stayed a second night was because I was sick all day the 1st day. The bathroom water pressure is none existent, we weren’t given a wifi password, no toilet paper, you need to turn on a switch for hot water which we also weren’t told about. This is a terrible rundown place and not worth the price they charge. We went to a different hotel in Hanoi...

"Got there early about 6 AM very friendly help me with things to do. Asked me if I wanted an early check in which I did for a very reasonable fee. I had my laundry done as well. Price is right place was clean. Elevator would stay here again."
