"Don’t listen to the travel weanies who didn’t like the location. The alley is clean, well lit and full of little vendors and street food. It’s utterly typical of old town Hanoi. The hotel was completely adequate for our needs. Very well located for exploring the area and surrounded for a zillion eateries. The lake is a 5 minute walk. Our room was spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is just okay. They need to be more attentive to making sure the little food buffet...
