"I don't usually do all inclusives but I was there to hang out with some of my friends for a few days and it was amazing the staff was very attentive. The pool was comfortable always seem to be enough chairs. Food was good, the fire show was amazing. It's going to Cozumel again I would definitely consider staying there"

"Myself and girlfriend stayed for 7 days at the occidental. We really appreciated the hospitality and gluten free options and awareness by the staff. They went above and beyond for the service. We were helped every morning by Emilia and Otillio at the beach club and were the best! Prior to coming we were concerned about the gluten free options and environment of the resort. There was lots to do with the xcaret park so close and discounts provided at the resort. Highly recommend and we will be coming back!"
