"The property was in great condition. Buffet food was good. The 4 Ala Cartes need improvement. The other 4 properties Ala Cartes are much better. No dinner buffet is an inconvenience as you have to walk to adjacent properties for dinner buffets. Room was clean but had a definite musty smell. Need deodorizer. Beach chairs were all taken by 11:00 am leaving no chairs for some guests. Overall a great stay during peak season."

"I've stayed at several hotels and all inclusive properties on the island over the years, the usual complaint from me is the food, not enough variety and lacking flavor. Fiesta Americanna stands above the rest with plenty of options and the quality was exceptional at every restaurant, every time! The dive boats pick you up right on the pier and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating without the usual high pressure sales pitches every time you pass by. Keep it up and I'll definitely be back!!!"

"Mutilple beaches, a lagoon, several pools. Upgrading to privileged room and services is a must. Room was modern and very clean. Food was good, our favorite was the grill station where they made either, fish, chicken, or pork fresh in front of you. Japanese restaurant and steakhouse were also great. Biggest plus is the fact that the resort is in a gated community which makes things super safe for off resort strolls to the town. "

"The staff are wonderful. The hotel is just so gorgeous and very unique and charming with three pools. Immaculate they are always cleaning and maintain the garden so beautiful . I have never stayed at a boutique hotel this was the first time and I find it better than busy resorts I loved it. "
