"Loved our stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms were big. Gorgeous views of the water. Loved the gardens and all the birds. Access into the ocean right across the street. We like to cook so took full advantage of the large kitchen. Really appreciated the fresh water that was available for cooking and drinking. We spent every morning on the patio or balcony watching the boats and listening to the birds. At night we went to the rooftop for stargazing. Can’t say enough about this wonderful property and...

"First off, we loved Villa Coronado and had a great time on our annual "put our toes in the sand for the superbowl" vacation (myself and a couple of my motorcycle buddies). The place was great, location was great. The only issue we really had was that FOR THE ENTIRE TIME we were there, the WIFI was "out." We tried everything, rebooting the router, etc. Told it might be TELMEX (the ISP) but they did not indicate an outage. If the provider is really that spotty, then the listing shouldn't list...

"My first time renting and it won't be my last. In no particular order:The area is very safe around the Unit. Excellent Unit security. That said, f we were out past 8 pm, we used taxis. We're risk-averse. It is a 25 minute walk to the waterfront, which we did each morning for exercise. Very clean/well maintained. If anything was a problem, Ricardo, the PM, was A on it. Susanne, the property owner, is responsive and clear in her communications. A solid team. The tiled 'dipping' pool was perfect....

"The house was clean and comfortable with a lovely outdoor courtyard area with a pool and lounge chairs and place to rinse and hang dive gear. Host is friendly and responded quickly to all questions. Great value & close to grocery stores and restaurants."

There is a small dipping pool on the roof, but access is up a very, small spiral staircase...not easy for the older generation. The listing included a "hot tub" but we didn't find one on the property. This is located in a residential area so understand there are "noisy neighbors".
