"Great location, literally steps from the beach accross the street. Playa Uvas is a 2 minute walk. Less crowded part of the West Coast, yet a run into town for supplies is an easy10 minute drive on one road. Comfy house, helpful and communicative owner/hosts. We hired a local chef for breakfast and dinners. Best decision ever! We'd love to come back. "

"The house was very nice. It was clean, with a lot of space, and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were large and clean as well. My wife enjoyed the pool, and sitting outside in the yard on the covered deck. "Stayed 2 weeks - Fairly new house located South end of town 2 blocks from Chedraui Big store on Main Melgar Ave - Very Convenient!! Had Diffuculty while attempting to enter for first time. Property manager provided entry code & described how to use digital lock .... But FAILED To mention the "Safety Feature" that was REQUIRED to get to the main screen to ooerate with the lock code. Caused delay in getting in. NEEDLESSLY FRUSTRATING. Nice big house, 2 bedrooms on main floor w balance of 3...

The top floor is unfinished and open to the elements with a stairwell that has no handrail, it is hazardous! "This is nice little house. It was very clean, the air conditioning was excellent, the bed (only used one) was comfortable. The pool is a big plus. The pool guy showed up about 7am a few mornings to clean the pool, but didn't bother us. The Farmacia Guadalajara a block down the street has many grocery items, enogh to meet our needs. "We stayed at the Queen of Cozumel for the second time and it was even better than the first. It was fully stocked with all of the essentials and lots of little touches that make it special, from hooks in the walk-in showers for swimsuits to pool toys and snorkeling gear. The location is right on the beach and has a pier for boats to pick up our divers. We will definitely go back in the future. "

"February 2025 Stayed at the Fiesta Americana in February 2025 for our wedding anniversary and what an amazing vacation. The warm welcoming hospitality received from the staff and food were unmatched. Every afternoon we ate tacos (the best!) on the beach and Jose was wonderful. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with each visit. At night we mainly ate at Peninsula (Asian restaurant) and Edwin was equally great. There are other restaurants on the resort so there are options for everyone but these two were our favorite! The only minor downside is the beach which is predominantly for snorkeling was a little rocky, but the pool is beautiful and didn’t take away from our stay. This resort is truly a hidden gem and we will definitely be returning soon! "
