"Renters beware! This property smells horribly, it has no views, the pool was not available, and the property was unsafe. The top floor is unfinished and open to the elements with a stairwell that has no handrail, it is hazardous! "This large condo is located in the quieter north hotel area, but is still only 10 minutes by cab to the center of Cozumel. The condo has spectacular ocean views from every room. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The common areas of the condo include a nice pool, as well as a beach area with lounge chairs, and shade from the palapas.
