"Had a lovely time at the Explorean. The pool was wonderful and the beach club was superb. I was able to find a free cabana pretty much every time I wanted one! The snorkeling right on the property was fantastic! In fact, it was even better than a few of the spots I visited on an independent tour (not with the Explorean) so bring your snorkel and some water shoes! The room itself was clean and comfortable. It was a little damp, but I think that has more to do with the climate and building materials than it does on the hotel itself. There was a slight issue with the shower area flooding one night in my room. I called the front desk on the way to dinner and explained the situation. When I got back from dinner, there were several people in the room working on the issue! It didn't flood again after that. They were incredibly efficient! Everyone was incredibly lovely and I would absolutely visit again!"

"Staff were fantastic in helping us understand how things worked. Down side, is the pool and beach chairs were always being reserved so it was difficult to ever get a good seat. People would go out as early as 4am to reserve a chair on the beach. Many would not be used until later in the day and sit empty. While the rest of the hotel users would enjoy accessing these unused chairs. Very frustrating. "
