The resort was beautiful. What made our vacation special and rememberable was the staff. Starting with valdamire our concierge who guided and assisted us with all of our needs. The resort was amazing only the main rest doesn’t have good customer service but Joan made the stay wonderful I’ll definitely be back soon! I loved the breakfast with characters and after the incident Joan was wonderful!
