We stayed for 6 days and we requested to have our room cleaned every single day but instead we had it organized. Our sheets and pillow cases were never changed out. Had the same ones all week, and cleaning service would come in and make the same bed. The shower was never cleaned. I could see my own hair on the drain stopper everyday AFTER the room was cleaned. Our toiletries were never replaced and we had to keep asking for them AFTER the room was cleaned everyday. Staff was fairly rude on several occasions when we asked for help. Food was def subpar. Great presentation but flavors and quality definitely not there. Activities were so limited and nobody would know when they start or announce anything and signing up for them was very inconvenient and difficult. Night time shows were horrible and made for children not adults. We are used to staying at the Hilton wherever we go but they were sold out this time so we decided to try the excellence. We will not be going back.

The property as a whole is fantastic. The staff are phenomenal, there are one or two that are a little too friendly but everyone else was amazing!! The food at all of the restaurants was top notch.

Loved my stay here in December 2024! The weather was perfect, not too hot! The Staff were very attentive, grounds were absolutely beautiful! Tried all the restaurants…Magna, Chez Isabelle and Basmati are my favorites. The food was amazing there. Missed a few of the night shows, but hear they were amazing. Shout out to Rose and Kellen at the concierge, Benjamin at Magna and Marleney for always checking on us! My room with the ocean view was perfect. The only small complaint was my balcony door was broken, and I had a small opening in the wall under the desk where you can see the wires. Other than that everything was great. I will be back!

Ocean view should say “ocean far far away view”. We had to wait in a room with ants all over the place our first night just to get a room with an actual ocean view. However, the spa was amazing and so was the food.

I don;t even know where to start... the grounds are beautiful and meticulously kept. I wished the "ambience" music from the loudspeakers positioned every so many meters in the gardens would not make noise or be a lot softer so one could really enjoy the beach sounds. the restaurants were horrible and acceptable at best. I am not sure where those glowing reviews come from other guests. It must be people who haven;t seen teh world and never been in a fine restaurant and compare it to fast food- but even to taht, i'd argue some fast food (or street food in some countries) would be better. Even in the Club restaurant which undoubtedly was the best, the quality, particularly at breakfast was inconsistent. Further, the descriptions of the dishes sounds so fancy and when you get your dish served it most of the time has nothing to do with the descriptions: ingredients actually not be part of teh dish that have been explicitly listed (eg at breakfast "natural yoghurt with fresh mango and berries" is actually sweetened yoghurt with mango. no berry seen in a mile). the report offers NO fresh fruit juices whatsoever. If you don;t drink alcohol you are pretty much stuck with soft drink- and that of the cheapest kind. Any dump in Brazil for example you could get the most fresh prepared fuji juice of almost any kind. Here, the pineapple for example comes out of a plastic jug , that tastes like the juice you would get from a tetrapak in a regular cheap store in the US or Canada. Asking for
