"I was there for a conference (at another location) in November 2024, therefore wasn't able to use a lot of the amenities, but what I did you was fantastic. Food was amazing at the Italian restaurant!! A few notes: not much beach area and the street that leads from the beach is noisy at night. I suggest ear plugs :-)"

"The workers were really kind to us and hepful giving us advices about what to do in Cancun, they cleaned the room everyday they have limited parking spots, you have to pay for the ones on the street, the roof garden is really pretty and the pool is great, the check in process is really easy and they didnt ask for any deposit, In general I had a great experience at this place."
