"The AC was either broken or shut off for 3-4 hours in the middle of one night. It was so hot and uncomfortable to sleep. Otherwise lovely resort, super friendly staff and clean everywhere we walked. Washrooms could use a little more maintenance. "

"The staff was simply amazing, so friendly, and always helpful. Made our stay amazing. Only some simply complaints; music around the pools (on almost all the day time 9:00-6:00pm) asked them to turn it down, but did not comply. Many other guests found it rather annoying as well. Also the power went out two nights over our 4 night stay and then was off for around 5 hours (the worst part was no A/C and no-one was able to ever explain what was going on and how long it would last. SImply updating the guests would have gone a long way. Other than that an amazing time was had by the six of us at your beautiful resort. "
