The food was delicious we tried all the restaurants and everything was amazing. Service staff were top notch, the park was amazing. My son rated it as the best vacation destination, he is 9. An amazing experience for our family. "

"Reef 28 resort is located close to many amenities: the beach, Quinta Avenida, bars and restaurants shops etc. the staff is friendly everybody cares about guest. Great ambiance - The roof top is one of a kind - the food and drinks is all 5 stars quality. A gem in playa and the Mexican Riviera. "

"The only thing that is unlikeable is the people reserving chairs that they won't use. Just be an adult and share :). Food choices, beach area, pool area, staff was excellent. Loved the room."

"Lovely stay - everything excellent. Only negative was the standard of food in the evening at the restaurants. Not very much choice on the menu, food not very warm. Would be better if Spice was open in the evening as it has more food options"

"My stay the The Reef was excellent, the resort was clean , food delicious and most importantly the staff was amazing! The only thing I feel they could improve if the roof was a bit rough in a couple spots but sure due to weather this can be tricky to maintain in perfect condition. Overall I would return "

"Just spent a week at Sandos Caracol Eco Resort. The resort itself was excellent from the staff, the rooms, the activities, and the food selection. The beach is not the best that’s for sure but that is something out of the resorts control. Highly recommend the a la carte restaurants. This resort does not deserve the negative reviews it receives. "Family property exterior was not well maintained Needs touch up paint and staining wood pergolas. We paid for concierge service and it definitely was not worth ir. Check in was very slow. Correspondence before and during was poor. Had to get up at 5;00 to reserve lounge chairs in the shade by children’s pool. Good was very good. The kids slides pool was way too deep and dangerous for young kids. Also it was very very cold. Picked this property for the slides but spent about an hour there out...
