"Very nice adults only resort. The landscaping is beautiful and the accommodation clean and quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I could live without the music by the pool but that's just me. I loved the animals, trees and flowers on the property. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed staying. "

There is a large amount of stores and restaurants in the town for dining and shopping. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and the property is overall nice and clean. "Pool we're very clean, staff was very friendly, the only thing that was bad was the sports bar wouldn't put the volume on for the nfl playoff game ,its a sports bar, but every thing else on our vacation was perfect"

Bellitna at the Oriental restaurant made sure we got our food in time so we won't be late for the show at Xcaret. Most of all the staff modified our stay given that we didn't get there until 2 days after our reservation because of flight cancelations."
