"This place is incredible. Never felt busy, always a chair at the pool and a seat at the restaurant. Preferred club gives you access to a better poolside restaurant for Breakfast and one dinner restaurant. Shout out to Metz the building concierge who was able to help us with everything throughout the day/night. The beach is perfect- sand is perfect, snorkel right off the shoreline. Room has a steamer so didn’t need to bring one. "

"Bahias are affordable and reliable and Coba is no exception; a solid 4-star resort where there’s something for everyone. Buffet food is always decent, a la carte food is very good, and there are ample loungers around many pools. No “towel game” here, because the staff remove things placed on loungers before 9am, and it’s definitely enforced. Not to worry, we were always able to find a shady spot under a cabana or a palapa. "Wonderful place to stay, great staff"

"Property was very beautiful and well maintained. The staff were phenomenal and super friendly and genuine. The rooms however are quite dated and some of the fixtures werent functioning. Such as our jacuzzi for example. If you do not reserve a restaurant dinner you will be quite upset as the buffet food quality is mediocre at best and very repetitive. Pools close unreasonably early and this was the first resort i have been to where i was kicked off the beach at night just for sitting on a chair....

"The hospitality was very good and the concierge services were excellent. The property is set in the jungle and provides a cool and calming environment with two cenotes a central communal palapa for yoga, and other venues and few other spaces to relax. All the staff were engaging and friendly. I really felt welcome and a part of their community. A very important part of Akumal Natura is their wild animal rescue and tour is not to be missed. "
