"We stayed in the 2 bed casita but the bed in the upstairs room had an extremely uncomfortable bed that caused horrible back pain for my sister and brother in law. My room downstairs was fine, with comfortable bed but it's rather humid and dark down there. In fact, a snake came up probably through the tub opening and was lounging in the bathtub, alarming us all. But the employees were all very nice and helpful "
