"The Algonquin is getting a little dated. Showing signs of age. Worn down. Not as clean and pristine as it used to be. Electrical was not functioning well. Too many kids in the pool unsupervised. "

"Overall the property was nice - the rooms were actually quite large and spacious and very clean. A couple of issues I would note: the room did not have any air conditioning and even with the fans on its was about 10 degrees hotter in the room than outside. Also there was only 1 garbage can in the bathroom and no cleaning supplies (dish soap or sponges etc). Overall it was a good place with the exception of the heat. "

"This property is no longer a motel! It has been converted into apartments, in a very sketchy area of town. One of the residents told me that the property owner has left this listing on Expedia so they can get money from people who pay in advance, with no chance of getting a refund. DO NOT BOOK HERE!"
