"The hotel was close to our appointment the Pan Am Sports clinic. The staff were friendly. The hotel has been remodeled and very nice. The breakfast is very good.There is a restaurant right in the hotel that opens later. "

"Hotel overall is pretty good. The new renovations to the Wood Tavern and the other lounge are great. The room is comfortable and clean. The area around the hotel is ok, not much you can do about that. The concern I had was that I would have been charged $12 per day (with taxes) for parking. I asked the check in staff "what do I get for $12 a day?"...because it's not coverd parking it's not indoor it's not heated ,there are a limited number of plug ins for car heaters, and most concerning...

"One of the four pillows in our room had a u-shaped blood stains on it. When we recognized it we were ready to sleep and let the front desk know in the morning when we checked out. The heater was very noisy and woke us multiple times during the night."

"Once again the Staff were exceptional. My Waitress, (I didnt get her name, short blonde hair with black rimmed glasses), though very busy, did a remarkable job. She was friendly, pleasent and went out of her way to keep up with customers. It is most certain that the staff continue to be the reason I return and will continue to do so. "
