"The front entrance, from valet to bell to desk and concierge were wonderful. Rang for taxi service as desired, held bags upon checkout so we could go out to lunch before heading to the airport. We had a 2nd floor interior courtyard suite so it was very restful and quiet after buzzing around the city and French Quarter. No food or beverage service but so much within walking distance, including a surprisingly inexpensive bar/barfood joint just a block away. "

"The staff was phenomenal! Everyone was so accommodating, helpful, how light, and just a joy. It's right in the heart of the French quarter, and at the same time when you retreat to your room for the evening it is quiet. It is meticulously clean. A shout out to front desk Unique; she is such a lovely young woman, went out of her way to help us, was so incredibly sweet and thoughtful. Wish I could have brought her home with me. If you wish to go to New Orleans and stay in the heart of the quarter...
