Front desk sort of ruins the experience. They were all very unwelcoming. They seemed annoyed with their job, and overheard an older lady at night front desk being rude to a young couple. Because of this I will try other hotels, however the room was clean and did not have a high chemical smell.

We had an issue with our first room but the front desk was very helpful in coordinating a room change. Our stay went great! Nice continental breakfast, just wish there was a little more variety for main entrees as we stayed for a week. Overall, it was a good stay!

The lobby and surrounding area looked so beautiful with the Christmas decorations. The staff was totally awesome. The only thing I didn’t like was my AC/heat buttons were not functioning. And no hot water for shower.

The biggest issue was the shower. The hot water took several minutes to begin heating up to be even warm. Then, after a consistent stream of hot water was had, it didn't last very long. It made showering take a bit more time than usual and was overall the biggest con of the hotel stay.

the 2nd floor of this hotel is a medical lab, it should be used only for the lab not for the customers. I stayed in the 2nd floor and smell like a hospital.

This is my go to from now on when I visit San Antonio. I loved everything about the place and they had hot breakfast. You won't regret staying here.

I never recommend this place for anyone. I booked this hotel for 3 days for my son’s graduation. We missed our second flight because my daughter got sick. When I reached the hotel next day with my two daughters we were very tired and one of my daughter was very sick. Theirs not any water bottles in the room. I called and ask bottle of water. no one help me. They text me and said, if we find water bottles we will bring. There’s no toothpaste or toothbrush. Only one mini dove sole and one body cream That’s all. They are not cleaning room everyday they cleaning room after 3 days. I’m not going to this hotel or not recording for anyone.
