The place is super nice. Very helpful and cheerful staff. Great food & menu. The concierge was not helpful, maybe I just showed up at a bad moment. We had to change plans when our sink stopped up, but staff got on the problem quickly. Impressive elevator service. The room was nice but not 5star nice. I feel like we way overpaid but options were few due to local events.

We stayed at Moody Gardens Oct 21-25. It was very quiet and staff were very friendly. The food was amazing. Only issue we had was getting ahold of room service to order the food. Would highly recommend for a family vacation.

Moody Gardens Hotel is a great place to stay in Galeston- location is perfect . The hotel offers free bikes with the trolley stopping at the hotel. The restaurant- we went in off season- was very accommodating. The food was fresh and delicious. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Lots of things to do -the pyramids have an aquarium, a rainforest, and science museum. Also a large swimming pool and game areas. We had a great stay at Moody Gardens Hotel.

Staff are very accommodating and helpful. Food was fresh and delicious at the restaurant. Plenty of walkable areas. Having access to the bikes and the trolley was a great bonus. The rooms are clean and spacious. The views are amazing. We enjoyed our stay at Moody. Plenty of activities with the three pyramids- aquarium-rainforest- and science.
