When we got to our room, there was an open beverage with a straw in it in the fridge. The pillows were not clean and smelled. The bathtub drain plate was oxidized and also had a hole. The room wasn’t very pleasant as we had visited 3 years ago.

This hotel is a quiet connection to the Riverwalk and San Antonio which I really enjoyed. Less enjoyable was the state of the facilities itself. There was an odor in our room throughout the stay, the “heated” pool did not have a working heater, and even the chess set in the lobby was missing a pawn. Bed was comfortable, however, and the location was ideal. Easy access to everywhere.

The guest services was ok like the staff was careless The food at the restaurant need more choises for lunch and dinner The coffee shop was horrible i asked for a chai and after a while she realized was not available i ask also for croissant and as well she didnt realize she doesnt have available. Was not the best

Overall my stay at Riverwalk Plaza was fantastic. Staff was helpful and attentive. My room was minimalistic but clean and comfortable. Despite having an issue with my fridge, they responded and rectified it quickly. My only “complaint” is that my thermostat could not be turned below 68 so my room was often uncomfortably warm as well as the no check out late policy is rigid and outdated.

The staff were warm & friendly! The amenities were very thoughtful. I loved the sanitizer wipes by phone & remote. Was able to connect my Hulu! The room was clean & comfortable loved the luxurious pillows! I chose city view & it was beautiful! And bonus, I had a view of the river! I also really appreciated the valet parking. No random people allowed in garage. Staff only & it's monitored. I didn't have to worry about the vehicle! I would definitely stay at Riverwalk Plaza in the future!

Excellent stay couldn’t ask for more convenient place to stay. Affordable, walkable distance to Houston st. But most of all quiet and comfortable place to stay. I really recommend it!
