"overall decent property. noisy- between the construction outside (even at night) and the noise after 11pm in the main area that travels up the atrium. We had an issue with the breakfast coupons- first day the restaurant asked if I wanted to put it on my room not for the coupon and I said yes thinking it would just credited. After realizing the mistake I was told by the restaurant to go to the front desk to resolve. First person said she will forward to her manager to fix. After 2 days still not...

"Staying here was a very enjoyable event. We spent most of a week exploring Nashville as are base. The staff were fabulous. The rooms were nice and clean. The location was perfect for access everything we had on our to do list. "

"It was safe, quiet, and the staff was incredibly nice. What i did not care for was the fact that it's an upper class hotel and there are a few things missing-airport shuttle, little store for missing items, a coffee bar (not for paid coffee or in room)"
