"Right in the centre of Downtown Dallas. Easy walk to all the spots. Such a tall building was an added bonus because after a days outing, or trip for dinner you didnt have to look for a map, the building is so tall its like a beacon home. "

"Everything was good with the exception of the toilet in the bathroom. It looked like there was dried urine on the toilet seat. Luckily, I had brought Clorox wipes with me. It made me worry about the shape of the rest of the room but the rest was immaculate. I know others have used the room before, you just shouldn't be that reminded of it. "

"They handled a situation upon our first night there quickly and offered us breakfast coupons (linens had not been changed were mysteriously “wet” in the middle of the bed!). They immediately sent up entire change of linens and were very apologetic."

"A front desk employee went out of her way to get me some ice for a twisted ankle. Very sweet."
