"The front entrance, from valet to bell to desk and concierge were wonderful. Rang for taxi service as desired, held bags upon checkout so we could go out to lunch before heading to the airport. We had a 2nd floor interior courtyard suite so it was very restful and quiet after buzzing around the city and French Quarter. No food or beverage service but so much within walking distance, including a surprisingly inexpensive bar/barfood joint just a block away. "

"We initially checked into a petite king which was bad! Too small for a 4 night stay. No chairs. No place to put our clothes. We shared our concerns with the staff and moved to a large room for an upgrade that was great. I don’t think the petite king was well described on expedia"
