"I loved this family owned property for it’s location to the theme parks we were visiting and because even though we had neighbors on either side, we never heard them. The rooms were pretty typical for a hotel. They do charge a $30 per night resort fee, which essentially covers breakfast. So even though it’s listed as such breakfast really isn’t free for other members of my family who can eat gluten they enjoyed breakfast just fine, it was a bit tougher for me. "The only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the beach. This "resort" was by far in the worst shape I have ever seen. There were gaps between the front door and door frame, the bathroom was chipped and falling apart, and the entire area was in ruins. Thankfully, we were refunded. "
