"Nice place, good pools, lots of places to dine in and walk paths to take after a dinner. Very friendly staff. We picked Bahia Principe Luxury Akumal because it gives access to all the restrants, pools and branches.But it turned out that some beaches don't allow kids, but there are no signs saying that. We've been asked to leave once. I'd say Luxury Akumal is not really kids friendly "

I heavily suggest visiting Grand Serenis if you are a young couple, group of friends, or small sized family. The staff were very attentive and informative, providing us with any and all assistance we required. Whether that was suggestions of good local attractions, restaurant's, and medical assistance as well."
