"Nicer than expected. Nice clean building, new comfortable spacious place with beautiful finishings, safe area. Only complaint is that we had no instructions to check in. We arrived at 8pm. Luckily a very helpful neighbor was able to contact the property manager and got us the door code to get into the place. I’d definitely recommend this place. Just make sure to get the door code before arriving. "

"My family stayed here for 2 nights. This villa is very spacious with two bedrooms: one with a king bed, and the other room has two single beds so it's perfect for my family. There's a full kitchen with a huge fridge and nice gas stove. The roof top area is nice too but unfortunately the hammock was broken and we didn't have a chance to use the roof top jaccuzi. Just a note that the roof top is accessible from a stairway OUTSIDE of the house. Also we had some issues with the hot water...

"Rude staff, I rented a hotel price arbnb place and I thought I was renting a hotel room. No service, noone came to take out trash and noone came to bring an extra roll of toilet paper. When asked if we can acess the pools - hard NO … when asked why- Well since last year we changed our policy but we haven’t changed the information online, and we need DAILY PASS OF $60-$100 depending which pool. Very misleading. When asked about hot water - we will fixed and they never did. "

Kitchen equipped for 4 people despite we had 10 on the reservation. Bedding for 6 people despite 10 on the reservation. Ceiling light not working in kitchen, living- and dining room. We sat in dark for 4 evenings! We moved around other light but...

"The Website was completely misleading. I was under the impression that there was a private beach available, along with restaurants and bars, gym.... It was a small condo complex with NO amenities, NO communication. We had to pay $75 per person per day in order to access beach and use amenities advertised in website. When we did purchase a day pass for the beach it was completely packed (not private in the least) The Inclusive food and drinks were horrific including a disturbing buffet...

"I rate this place as 2 out of 5 stars. The condo is stunning but during my 2 day stay, the first day there was no hot water and then on the second day there was no water at all! I came back grimy after visiting a cenote and could not take a shower to get to the next leg of my journey. I was lucky there was enough water in the toilet tank for a couple of flushes! The property manager was not able to give me an extended check out so that I could shower when the water came back on so we left...
