"Nicer than expected. Nice clean building, new comfortable spacious place with beautiful finishings, safe area. Only complaint is that we had no instructions to check in. We arrived at 8pm. Luckily a very helpful neighbor was able to contact the property manager and got us the door code to get into the place. I’d definitely recommend this place. Just make sure to get the door code before arriving. "

"My family stayed here for 2 nights. This villa is very spacious with two bedrooms: one with a king bed, and the other room has two single beds so it's perfect for my family. There's a full kitchen with a huge fridge and nice gas stove. The roof top area is nice too but unfortunately the hammock was broken and we didn't have a chance to use the roof top jaccuzi. "Rude staff, I rented a hotel price arbnb place and I thought I was renting a hotel room. No service, noone came to take out trash and noone came to bring an extra roll of toilet paper. When asked if we can acess the pools - hard NO … when asked why- Well since last year we changed our policy but we haven’t changed the information online, and we need DAILY PASS OF $60-$100 depending which pool. Very misleading. When asked about hot water - we will fixed and they never did. "

It was a small condo complex with NO amenities, NO communication. We had to pay $75 per person per day in order to access beach and use amenities advertised in website.
