However, be prepared Las Villas is situated within new homes, VRBOs, and other rental property...meaning only one restaurant in this five block road. However, the access to a private beach meant that one can stroll about 1 km to the north where you have a continuous selection of beaches from which to choose. "

"The good: Loved the proximity to beach, all rooms are ocean view. The staff are lovely. Nice decor and vibe. Clean, well appointed room. The food is hit or miss as far as their fine dining options. The bad: Elevator was broken half the time and building 4 stank of sewerage in hallway. Getting a good chair on the beach or by the pools is cutthroat. Get your towel on a chair by 615 am."

"This was our first time glamping, so we did not know what to expect when we arrived. We were welcomed immediately by Jose, whose personality alone told us we would enjoy our time there. The property is stunning. It has two cenotes, one with a fish spa. We saw a variety of animals during our stay iguanas, spider monkeys, a raccoon, the beautiful pet cat, and some street dogs. "The residence is actually located on Tulum golf resort and Bahia Principe is across the highway. There's nothing to do on the residential side. You will definitely need to rent a vehicle which they assisted with. Please download Whatsapp, you will need it! All communications went through the app. Front desk was helpful but again nothing is at the golf resort. You can purchase armbands for the resort across the highway but no transportation is provided. They will call a taxi lol for $20,...
