"Smaller resort with a very chill vibe. We visited during the middle of March. Beach has soft sand and shallow clear water. Not a party atmosphere, most people were either snorkeling or reading during the day. My partner and I were both able to finish two novels which felt great under the sun. Shade will be limited so be sure to relocate to the lobby bar area or snack bar, both which still have beautiful views. "Rude staff, I rented a hotel price arbnb place and I thought I was renting a hotel room. No service, noone came to take out trash and noone came to bring an extra roll of toilet paper. When asked if we can acess the pools - hard NO … when asked why- Well since last year we changed our policy but we haven’t changed the information online, and we need DAILY PASS OF $60-$100 depending which pool. Very misleading. When asked about hot water - we will fixed and they never did. "

"My family stayed here for 2 nights. This villa is very spacious with two bedrooms: one with a king bed, and the other room has two single beds so it's perfect for my family. There's a full kitchen with a huge fridge and nice gas stove. The roof top area is nice too but unfortunately the hammock was broken and we didn't have a chance to use the roof top jaccuzi. "Great resort for the family. Enjoyed the pools at Tulum, and the beach shared by Coba / Akumal. Buffet is one of best we have been to ever. Would have been nice to get an al a carte every night, but restricted to 3x for a weeks stay. Entertainment was very good, however, paying extra for their better shows feels wrong at an all inclusive."
