"The beach was perfect. Sheltered enough to be safe but open enough to be clean. The property is undergoing renovations right now so not everything was open. We look forward to returning when the work is completed. Also, the staff was friendly and always willing to help. The food was amazing."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Sian Kaan! My partner and I stayed for 6 days and had an amazing experience, this was our first trip to Mexico as a couple and the wonderful staff at the Sian Kaan made it very special. One of the main features is the ability to visit the other resorts, the Sian Kaan is certainly the place to stay if you are looking for a more serene peaceful experience. The added benefit is that if you want to check out the beach or additional activities at the sister resorts the shuttle gets you there quickly. The Sian Karan’s entertainment team was so much fun, special shoutout to Juanito who was always ready to hop in the action and took the extra time to connect with us and the other guests, bringing the energy to the activity pool. While you’re at the pool the service is also top notch, Yender introduced us to the Mexicalita our first day and kept the drinks flowing all week long, always there at the right time for a refill. We also really enjoyed the A la carte suppers, so many options to choose from! A-class food. The buffet was understandly a step below this but still good, the cenote restaraunt offers some solid lunch and breakfast options if you are looking for a higher quality meal outside of the dinners. Would recommend booking any excursion directly through the hotel, as it was both easy and affordable. Tons of really great options. 10/10 recommend, hoping to be back soon!"

"No complaints. I ordered breakfast one day, and it arrived warm and on time. Las Villas recommended a local restaurant (Jungle Fish), which was tasty. However, be prepared Las Villas is situated within new homes, VRBOs, and other rental property...meaning only one restaurant in this five block road. However, the access to a private beach meant that one can stroll about 1 km to the north where you have a continuous selection of beaches from which to choose. "

"Our first time vacation in Tulum, Mexico. Was really excited about it but it didn't meet the expectations. The hotel is in a remote location and there was to transportation out of hotel to the Tulum city or surrounding areas! You either have to have a rental car or taxi! I was so surprised that a 5 star hotel didn't have airport pickup in their all inclusive packages! Had to pay almost $200 extra to go to hotel and back in airport. Hotel facilities was ok. Junior suit should have slippers to use in the room but there wasn't any! Bathtub and sinks Water wouldn't clear fast. Villas are spread out too far. Had to walk 10 mins from the room to lobby and buffet areas every meal time! There were carts/ trains available with a wait. Food options was ok but full of pork!! It was just disgusting that they would put pork with chicken and beef without any label on which is what!! Breakfast had minimum varieties mostly eggs everywhere! Instead of giving that much alcoholic drinks for free, they could've given us fresh coconuts! Instead they were selling coconuts for $800 pesos each!! All inclusive option didn't include all the restaurants within the Grand Tulum hotel area which i didn't know, otherwise i could've booked in Luxury Akumal or Sian kan! Grand Tulum had better reviews online. Anyway..overall an average experience. Might look for othet hotel options next year. "
