"It is the staff that makes this place so special. Of course, being nude is a highlight as well. The facilities are tired and need to be upgraded. It is not a 5 star hotel. The rooms lack in almost every aspect. They are small, 2nd floor for the most part have no balconies, the furniture is worn, and some of the tiles have been replaced, don't match, and have chipped on the adjoining pieces. "Kevin was a responsive host and helped us with the booking of a good catamaran tour. We liked the location of the property as it was close to areas with restaurants and beach clubs. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The downside of the location is the noise. The property is next to a bus station whose PA system can be heard inside the apartment. A few issues to identify- it was confusing to find out where to check in as this was a separate entity from Grand Bahia Principe. Some of the security guards didn’t know where to send us.
