"We spent a month at this apartment. The two A/C units worked well. Fiber internet was installed the first day we arrived and was fast. We appreciated having a washer and dryer. And we spent a lot of time on the rooftop getting sun, reading, and cooling off in the pool. We always felt safe, with 24-hr security and cameras But the best part was the location -- about 100 steps from the popular Quinta Avenida, and a short walk to several beaches."

"Right on the bay with everything you need. We enjoyed snorkeling (kayaks and equipment provided) and swimming right off the shore. Luis was very helpful and easy to reach. For a small fee he even got groceries for us. The room itself was clean and had everything you could need with the minor exception that only soap was provided in the bathroom so bring shampoo, lotions, etc. Great stay!"

"The apt was perfect. Close to everything on 5th avenue. Apt was clean when I arrived. Easy to check in. You can hear music at night from the apt so if you’re not into that, this may not be the place for you. My only complaint was the wifi. I did need to work while I was there and the wifi was not good at all. And it didn’t reach to the roof top pool which was unfortunate. I would stay here again if they improved the wifi at least in the unit."
