"Having a cenote almost for ourself and included in the rental is amazing, it's also really pretty and quiet. The guardian is here 24/7 and was very nice, he tried to help us with disfonctionning lights in the pool. That's the part that was a bit disappointing, the equipments weren't of great quality and we only had cold water in the shower. But in general it's a really good place to stay if you have a car."

"A group of seven of us stayed at the house. The house itself is beautiful, the outside view and patio is perfect. The pool was freezing but we still enjoyed it. "We had multiple issues from day one with the profusely leaking, a shower that dripped loudly 24/7, one unusable shower and then storm shutters banging against the windows for several nights. Vacasa manages this unit and didn’t really try to get anyone there to help for 4 days and they didn’t show up when they said they would. On day 5 we told them to forget it. All guests left early."
