We removed what we could but I just spent 4 hours having tons of pieces picked from my foot. "This is a beautiful and private property in the jungle far from the crowds and noise. Perfect for a big family or group. Everything is new with great design features—huge pool and fully stocked kitchen We must not have been paying attention when we booked as we didnt realize the cabanas were way out of town and are a private estate without any services (there is a helpful caretaker Oscar on premises) but you are on your own for all food and drink. "Love the hotel Second time there. A lot of the server very friendly. Some of the ladies that clean around the lobby not to much never smile or said Hola. Breakfast servers very nice all of them well the guys due the omelette some days happy some SoSoSo the ladies omelette super nice Oscar at the Mexican restaurant super nice super nice Brazas restaurant everybody was super nice Italian restaurant too Fernando at the pool excellent got us a cabana and a bottle of Cielo azul super nice. The day of the cabana Fernando came a couple times to make sure we where ok even was not his are . But Wednesday 22 January the server at the pool both gentleman was amazin threat us like king and queen. Last but no least like the entrepreneur the guys due the show and the girls was AMAZING WE ENJOYED EVERY MINUTE THERE. "Overall, we enjoyed the property. It's certainly far from the beach but the carts that the resort offers for going/coming are great. As usual, the service from the staff is what makes coming to this places worth visiting. We are definitively staying again."

"Grand Hyatt Playa Del Carmen is an outstanding place for your vacation in Mexico. It is located in a very central and action filled area. There is a large amount of stores and restaurants in the town for dining and shopping. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and the property is overall nice and clean. I would highly recommend for anyone to stay."
