"First of all, I just want to say that every staff member here was great. We had two butlers assigned to our room, not including housekeeping and the person that restocks our fridge and snacks. "This resort was wonderful! The food was excellent and we enjoyed all the available dining options. Since there was a wedding and a convention some of the dining areas were closed off to the guests. They even closed the sports bar one evening so many football fans were not happy. The main pool area was also closed off for one day during our visit.
