"Enjoyed our stay rooms are outdated although clean food was good and bars well stocked, the pools are nice but need cleaning better as always hard to find places to sit around pools, beach was good although with 4 other Rui hotels in the area people would come and use our facilities causing over crowding"

"Overall we had a great stay at The Reef Coco Beach, the food was really good and the drinks were consistently tasty. The rooms however are a bit dated and the service is sub-par. The 5 minute walk to 5th Ave was great for shopping and enterainment. Take the free shuttle to the sister property and enjoy the jungle/beach experience. "

"All the staff were very pleasant. When we arrived we had a few issues with the room but it was repaired quickly. The breakfast was very good. The location was excellent, walking distance to alot of shops and restaurants. The view from the lobby level was great and the pool was fun, a little warm but clean and convenient. We had a lovely time. Thank-you to the team at the hotel. PS. A little heads up when the beaches are closed because of the wind or the weather would be a nice touch. We wasted...

"The hotel rooms are clean , average accommodation , the pool is nothing special but we didn’t go to swim in the pool we went for the beach and it’s right out our room and awesome . Service was great at the beach club and hotel ,The hotel is close to everything you need . If your looking for good place to hangout at the beach this is it. I would use this hotel again . "

"My family of 8 just got back from Riu Playacar. It was great. We loved the nightly entertainment each night. Also there was a wide variety of food for everyone to choose something they liked. The shopping across the street was so easy to bring my kids over there to look for souvenirs. "
