While the beach at the resort is currently a bit rocky, the management is actively working to improve it by breaking up the rocks and making the area more usable. I’m confident the beach will be just as beautiful as the rest of the property, making for an even more perfect vacation destination. Overall, I would highly recommend Dreams Cap Cana Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious getaway with top-tier service. "Just returned and can't stay enough about the great experience we had, all the staff were very attentive, professional we missed this type of great service, they all went above and beyond to keep you satisfied. I want to highlight a few I remembers, Carlos in the Asian - Hibashi did a fantastic show, Glenny who helped coordinate a special arrangement for our daughter's birthday, which made it an unforgettable day. The team with the entertainment (Nelson Vargas), and this are just a few of the names I can remember. The food in each of the restaurants was fresh, such a large variety for all the tastes and needs. Thank you Hyatt for such an amazing experience. Hope to be back soon. "

"Here’s “The Best” VRBO recipe for success…*An AMAZING location / condo, with a BEAUTIFUL VIEW, owned / operated by an EXCEPTIONAL / EXTREMELY HELPFUL host(s) that treat their visitors like family!!! We’ve been using VRBO for several years and this is one of if not our best experience so far… I’m recently retired (Jan 2025) and am on the hunt for locations where we want to spend extended time for international R&R with cultural submersion - this definitely qualified as a top contender. Watching sunrises, enjoying the beach(es), pool, local cuisine, people, wildlife while staying in a meticulous cared for “home feeling” condo has given us reason to visit again. "Our stay was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality from the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was absolutely perfect. The checkin process was smooth and the property manager was very responsive and always available to answer any questions of offer great recommendations. The house itself was absolutely stunning - beautifully maintained, very clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing, whether it was sipping coffee in the morning or enjoying the evening breeze. The perfect place for those looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and well managed getaway. We will definitely be returning! "

"Our family vacation of forever memories almost ruined until we left this unsafe property, Apt 3202 at Sotogrande. The host, was very unresponsive through different platforms. The sliding glass door to enter the apartment from the backside did not lock, and was reported to the host right away. She finally responded that it had been like that for a long time. This was unsafe and unacceptable. She told me through email to find someone on the property of a certain name and get him to look at it. I could never find him. The jacuzzi did not work, and host said she would send someone the next day in which no one showed the whole day. She was informed again, and she replied again with sending someone the following day. The apartment was not beachfront as described, but ocean view. The toilets barely flushed. There was dangerous construction all around, with the ceiling in front of our apartment door falling and shattering pieces coming under the door. There were metal beams left hanging at head level. The pool near the beach was only 3/4 available, as it was under construction too. Much of the Sotogrande property this apartment is located in was under construction. The ceiling at the doorway in the master bedroom inside the apt had a leak and was caving in. Some of these could have been fixed promptly, but the host did not care. We ended up having to leave to another place to stay away from this property due to unsafe conditions, misleading descriptions, and an unresponsive host. "
