"The Secrets resort was an exceptional hotel. There were some concerns during our stay. The temperature of the pool water was freezing. Also the jacuzzi was not working neither. For the amount of money that we paid, which was substantial.this type of luxury property should not have these issues."

"We had an amazing stay of seven nights. I can't say enough about Candio, our Butler great guy, who did a fantastic job. The food was good, and the staff was always ready to help. The grounds were beautiful and well-manicured. The only thing I wouldn't rate as excellent were the rooms, they were ok. The rooms need some updating. It wasn't a big issue because we didn't spend that much time in our room. Other than that we had a fantastic time and can't wait to return. "
