"Firstly, service was excellent, their butler system works very well. One person that can and does help you with everything - from reservations to checkouts. Very, very convenient. Secondly, plenty of cabanas on the property so you can go to the beach any time and find a place to lie down, usually a huge problem at other hotels. "

"I’ve been to other resorts before and I have read unpleasant reviews for this one but I honestly loved everything from the moment I checked in to when I left your bed are bed everyday and they sweep and mop if your towels needs to be changed you just place them on the floor to do so if you like your sheets change let them know people need to be more realistic bc at home you don’t change your towels nor sheets everyday and I notice ppl complaining about such thing , I personally loved all 4 restaurants they have which you do need to book reservations for so book once you get into your rooms my fiancé and I stayed in the family side which we loved it because they had way more things going on we met people in the adults and they said if you want quiet and like a ghost town then the adult side if for you. I also enjoyed their buffets and snack bars which snack bar is open until 2am wonderful for those late night cravings . Oh their coffee shop amazing !!!!!!!! I’m from the culture and they had a lot of our culture foods like the mangu in the mornings which it was a hit and rice and beans as well as fruits and a lot of other varieties but as well as Americanize foods definitely recommend if this is what your looking food everyone is amazing and friendly!!! Thank you Catalonia will be going back !! "

"Overall was a wonderful property, even though the first night there was no hot water or AC in the room we called and they had already been working on it, the pillow where hard but we asked the housekeeper and she got us new ones, the service was excellent and the staff is so friendly, the food was really good and lots of options to eat, i will stay there again!
